Due to the custom nature of these decorated products, they cannot be returned unless defective. Please refer to the size chart for your chosen item and select the size that best suits you before placing your order.

Shipping
Apparel orders will be collected and grouped a couple of times a week, and decorated from there. Standard production time is 10-14 business days, but we strive to get these out the door as quickly as possible. Items will be delivered to one central CCCU location, and your internal courier will bring them to your branch as needed. Promotional products will be produced and shipped direct to the ordering branch, following the supplier's production timeline for each product.
